Obviously an early 80's video. The movements are terrible but more disturbing is that everyone seems to be wearing doctor scrub" tops, a fad of the late 70's and early 80's. Yikes!!

AFAIK the final version of PATRIOT Act II removed the facial hair clause so they would still need PC. Many states close this gap through various decency constraints such that having a piece of noodle or small feather in your beard or a churlish twist in your mustache allows for reasonable detention.

It is a fairly standard clause in my native Estonia. We once made conflict with Finland over the unacceptable lack of kempt in their mustachios -- this was 1620 AD mind you, and menacie da facia was grounds for mortal combat under the Ottoman Writs. Anyhow, all my male relations died in the ensuing naval battles and so I remain untrusting of the more sinuous labial accouterments. Burn all the bastards, I say, or at least theyr nefarious lip wires.
