I like to use that Polaroid photo thing if you couldn't tell.

I don't care what computer you use or how expensive your hard drive is, back it up!  Something will happen.  You don't have to back up everything even though I would recommend it.  Buying a spare USB drive is a big fat $50 (if that) and it would hold a back up for a whole laptop.  Someday it will fail or in this guy's case, be stolen.  It isn't his fault it was stolen but, seriously?  After so many years of working on this paper, you never once made a copy anywhere?  It's a hard lesson to learn (trust me) but something will happen.  If you have anything critical on your computer, at least upload it online to somewhere secure or even better, copy it on to a flash drive and just keep it in your desk.  Back up often.

The music is stuck in my head.

If you can't stand to watch the video (I don't blame you), here is the music alone.

I flew a lot recently.  From Albany to Pittsburgh to Minneapolis to Houston to Atlanta and back to Albany.  Pretty soon I'll be flying from Albany to Newark to Denver to Ontario and back from Ontario to Houston to Newark and finally to Albany.  Different airlines have different looking tickets.  I never cared to pay attention to them but now I will.  This is a bit of information on what the fare basis code is.  Basically it tells the staff whether you're cheap or you're a sucker.  Suckers spent more on the same services but will more likely get better service and not get bumped.  Suckers are just waiting to be screwed.
